Delivery time - Time may vary based on complexity. Any delay will be communicated.
- Rush orders require an additional fee.
Revisions - No free changes after the final delivery.
Up to 3 minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Major or late revisions (after sketch approval) will have an extra charge.
File delivery - File types: High-resolution .PNG and/or .JPG.
Cancellation - The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason
The Artist reserves the right to stop working on an assignment or cancel a request for miscommunication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms of Service.
Refunds - No refunds once the work has started.
Copyright and usage - The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights.
Re-sale, NFT use, AI use, or modifications are not allowed without written permission
Acceptance - By making the payment, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.

Cancelación - El Artista tiene derecho a rechazar cualquier solicitud de Encargo, sin necesidad de explicar el motivo.
El Artista se reserva el derecho de dejar de trabajar en un encargo o cancelar una solicitud por falta de comunicación, comportamiento grosero o inapropiado, o incumplimiento de los Términos de Servicio
Reembolsos - No se realizan reembolsos una vez iniciado el trabajo.
Derechos de autor y uso - El artista mantiene todos los derechos de autor.
No se permite la reventa, NFT, uso con IA ni modificaciones sin consentimiento
Aceptación - Al realizar el pago, el cliente acepta todos los términos y condiciones aquí descritos.
